Jesus deals with Opposition (Luke 13:31-35)

Stephen Murphy, August 27, 2017
Part of the The Gospel of Luke series, preached at a Midweek Meeting service

Pastor Stephen continues his series in Luke, in chapter 13, verses 31 to 35 and asks the question; Have you taken God’s gracious opportunity to repent and be forgiven? Luke 13:34-35 Jesus says “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, but you were not willing! See! Your house is left to you desolate; and assuredly, I say to you, you shall not see Me until the time comes when you say, “Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!””
